Harvested from this year’s blueberry flowers at Lyveden Farm, this honey represents the pollination of all our blueberries.

Courtesy of our 18 honeybee hives maintained by Apidae Honey, on site just for our pollination window, each bee produces less than a teaspoon of honey in it’s lifetime. Therefore each jar represents a lot of nature’s hard work!

This unique honey has a subtle fruity flavour and a lovely aroma.
